What you'll do
On this International Women's Day - let's look into the future and imagine the world we want to create for young women and non-binary folks . Through a series of speculative creative exercises, we will collaboratively imagine what change might be possible by looking at social, cultural, political and economic dimensions of change, and using that as a foundation to create potential products, commercials, language, headlines etc. that embody futures we desire and futures we are terrified of. All possible futures hold the tension of utopia and dystopia, which offer us an authentic vision to work towards.
This 75 minute session will include:
- Welcome + Introductions
- Creative Warm-up
- Futures Casting
- Brainstorming
- Collage Vision Board
- Group Discussion + Reflections
We will be using a mix of Miro Board, Google Jam Board, Journaling, and Image Searching for this session!
