She is the co-founder and board member of Reset, a social enterprise that designs tech-free experiences to cultivate social health through play. Over the years, she has collaborated with OCAD U, North York Arts, TED, Simon Sinek, Centre for Social Innovation, Luminato Festival, Staples Studio, Woodgreen Community Services, Dr. Mark Hyman, United Nations Foundation on leadership development, community strategy, program design, curatorial and public artwork, event design and production. She has led teams from 3-50 people to bring experiences to life for over 15,000 people, giving her an acute sense of how to shape effective and rewarding work cultures.
