She is the co-founder and board member of Reset, a social enterprise that designs playful cultures and communities and has had the honour of collaborating with organizations including TED, Simon Sinek, Centre for Social Innovation, Luminato Festival, Staples Studio, Woodgreen Community Services, Dr. Mark Hyman, United Nations Foundation on leadership development, community strategy, program design, curatorial and public artwork, event design and production. She has led teams from 3-50 people to bring experiences to life for over 15,000 people, giving her an acute sense of how to shape effective and rewarding work cultures.
