Can this event be enjoyed by attendees from different countries?

Yes! Anyone who logs in will have a blast, no matter where they’re located in the world.

Do players have to be at home to participate?

Nope! They can be at home, in the office, or in a big room with other attendees. As long as they can log in, they can have fun with us!

I’m not positive how many people will play. Is it OK if more/less people show up than what I project?

Absolutely! Our simple event format was purposefully designed so that attendance fluctuations don’t affect how we host. Whether 5 people show up or 50, our host will welcome them warmly and make sure they have a blast connecting through fun! *Please note, if the actual attendance goes above the projected attendance, no sweat! You will simply be charged for these extra players after the soiree.

Do players need to grab anything in advance to prepare?

All they need to grab in advance is a pen/paper!

Is it OK if players log in late or leave early?

Definitely! Our flexible format makes it easy to ingratiate folks who arrive late and easily roll with people leaving early.

Can you remotely host this event in a hybrid or in-person capacity?

Definitely! Our friendly host is broadcast live on a TV at your venue to lead in-person players through a fun & social experience. Virtual players will enjoy the same festive activities by simply clicking the video link to login. How much time will be spent with the whole group versus in small teams?

Roughly 60% of the event is experienced with everyone while 40% is enjoyed in small teams (of 3-5 people).

Can winners be found/announced by the host?

Yes! Since we switch up the teams throughout, we're able to find/announce individual winners instead of winning teams. We traditionally like to announce 3 individual winners at the end of each event. Awards such as Most Points, Most Enthusiastic, Most Visual Spirt, Most Encouraging, Funniest, etc keep everyone involved and bring out characteristics that make the soiree more fun for everyone! The winners will be sent to you in the event recap the next business day.

Do I (the event organizer) have to be at the event?

Nope! Our events are fully hosted so it will go smoothly whether you’re there or not. If you do decide to attend, we highly encourage you to join in the fun as we’ll take care of everything! If you can't make it, you'll know exactly how it went as we automatically send you a detailed event recap the next business day.

When will the event start/players be let in from the waiting room (if joining virtually)?

The host will login to start the waiting room 10 minutes before the event start time. They will then let people in from the waiting room at the exact event start time.

What you'll do

Game Play: Your super friendly host will pick 2-3 scavenger hunt games in real-time in order to best maximize the energy & engagement your group experiences (unless you’d like to choose in advance). The choices made will be based on the group size, dynamics & demographics along with player’s locations (home or office) and the type of remotely hosted event we’re experiencing (all virtual players, all in-person, or hybrid). Our goal is to make this event as fluid as possible so we can easily pivot to handle ANY scenarios & curveballs. Players don’t have to grab anything in advance or do prep work before joining! We believe that simple fun is the best fun so we ‘ll make this as easy and entertaining as possible. That goes for you too! We do everything so you can relax (if you join) or have peace of mind (if you don’t). Some examples of the challenges your host will choose from are:

-Story Hunt (Find items, clothing & supplies that correspond to wacky scenarios presented in a fun story)

-Photo Hunt (Select photos on your phone that make you/others chuckle when connected to silly phrases)

-Memory Hunt (Search your memories for relevant moments that match up with hilarious prompts)

-Skills Hunt (Determine what unique physical skills or talents you have that align with ridiculous questions)

-Riddle Hunt (Solve word & picture riddles to determine which common house/office items you have to grab)

*A portion of the proceeds for this event will go to select children’s charities.

HOW IT WORKS: The ultimate goal is to effectively/comfortably connect the group through unique mini-scavenger hunt challenges that are extremely entertaining, high energy, & engaging! A peppy and experienced host will lead your group through 2-3 rounds of fun experienced with the whole group (for 60% of the event) and in small teams (for the other 40%). We traditionally create teams of 3-5 people as we've found this is the optimum amount for introverts & extroverts alike.

To keep things interesting & engaging, each round sees the host lead a different challenge that players will enjoy with a new group of teammates. Themed virtual backgrounds & upbeat music will be used throughout to immerse everyone in an experience they can see and hear! Set up and participation is a breeze. Players just need:

-Pen and paper (if possible)

-Laptop (preferred), cell phone, or tablet

-To turn their camera on (as this IS mandatory to play)

-That’s it! Nothing has to be accumulated/prepped in advance.
