I’m not positive how many people will play. Is it OK if more/less people show up than what I project?

Absolutely! Our simple event format was purposefully designed so that attendance fluctuations don’t affect how we host. Whether 5 people show up or 50, our host will welcome them warmly and make sure they have a blast connecting through fun! *Please note, if the actual attendance goes above the projected attendance, no sweat! You will simply be charged for these extra players after the soiree.

Is it OK if players log in late or leave early?

Definitely! Our flexible format makes it easy to ingratiate folks who arrive late and easily roll with people leaving early.

I've never hosted a remotely hosted in-person event before. Would you help me with setup and any other necessary steps?

Definitely! We're here to help. The whole process is really simple. We consider it our job/passion to ensure this is a breeze for you to setup and for your in-person players to enjoy!

How much time will be spent with the whole group and how much time will be enjoyed with small teams?

Roughly 65% of the event is experienced with everyone as a big group while 35% is enjoyed in small teams (3-5 people). Games are easy to play and allow introverts and extroverts to comfortably connect. Attendees can communicate in the big group as well if they feel comfortable speaking. However, it is perfectly acceptable to just watch the fun and listen to instructions while in the big group!

Do I (the group leader) have to be at the event?

Nope! Our events are fully hosted so it will go smoothly whether you’re there or not. If you do decide to attend, we highly encourage you to join in the fun as we’ll take care of everything!

Can winners be found/announced by the host?

Yes! We're easily able to find/announce the winning team(s). The names of the winning teams will be sent to you in the event recap the next business day!

Will players have to perform or be singled out in front of the entire group?

Definitely not! Most of the talking they’ll be doing will be in small groups of 3-5 people. Our goal is to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible throughout the whole soiree!

Do teams have to be switched every round or can we keep the same teams throughout?

We're happy to go either way! If you want players to meet extra people by working together with different small team groupings, perfect! If you want folks to stay on the same team the whole time to really get to know their group, perfect! Whatever is better for you is AOK for us.

I have some unique event requests. Can this soiree be customized?

100%! We LOVE personalizing events to meet your needs. Our format was designed to be super simple so we can easily handle specific requests, unknown variables, last second curveballs, etc. If you can dream it up, we can likely do it!

Our friendly host is broadcast live on a TV at your venue to simultaneously lead in-person players (mandatory) and virtual players (optional) through a fun & social experience. If you have a connected device, the desire to comfortably connect your group through fun, and pen/paper, you can book this superior event! These soirees are super simple to plan, cost effective, easy to set up on event day, and extremely impressive for everyone who joins.

One of the main advantages of booking with a remote host versus the traditional on-site host is the access we have to technology. Whereas an on-site host has tech limitations and lacks flexibility, we’re leading the event directly through a computer.
