Workshop Structure:
- Cheryl’s Opening Remarks: Introduce the purpose of the workshop—reflecting on the past year, cultivating confidence, and setting leadership intentions for the upcoming year.
- Guided Grounding Exercise: Cheryl leads a mindful breathing or visualization exercise to help participants center themselves, let go of any distractions, and focus on the workshop’s objectives.
- Personalized Leadership Affirmation: A leadership affirmation that participants can use to remind themselves of their capabilities.
- Leadership Goals Worksheet: A downloadable or printed worksheet to help participants track their leadership goals and action plans for the new year.
- Reflection Journal Prompts: Participants receive additional prompts to continue their reflective practice throughout the next year.
