This engaging winter workshop, is designed to help corporate teams reflect on their past year, celebrate accomplishments, and build confidence as leaders for the year to come. The workshop blends mindfulness exercises, reflective journaling, and interactive leadership activities to help participants close out the year with clarity, gain confidence in their abilities, and set empowering goals to elevate their leadership skills for the next year.

Workshop Structure:
1. Welcome and Introduction 
  • Cheryl’s Opening Remarks: Introduce the purpose of the workshop—reflecting on the past year, cultivating confidence, and setting leadership intentions for the upcoming year.
  • Guided Grounding Exercise: Cheryl leads a mindful breathing or visualization exercise to help participants center themselves, let go of any distractions, and focus on the workshop’s objectives.

2. Reflecting on the Past Year 
Encourage participants to reflect on and celebrate their achievements while acknowledging the challenges they’ve overcome through Journaling.

3. Confidence-Building for Leadership 
 Help participants boost their self-confidence by recognizing their strengths and leadership potential, while providing tools to overcome self-doubt.

4. Leadership Goal Setting for the New Year 
Participants set clear, purpose-driven leadership goals for the upcoming year, using a blend of personal and professional development strategies.
