In this online class, we make it super easy to get all the info you need to know about gratitude and create easy, effective ways to practice it so you and your team can;
- Learn stress reduction techniques that will allow you to reduce stress anxiety in three minutes or less.
- Practice becoming more solution-oriented, making it easier to find an answer in difficult situations.
- Learn how to tune in and appreciate the good in the present situation, resulting in increased morale, resiliency, and overall well-being.
During this 60-minute class, you'll get the opportunity to work with both appreciation and gratitude, focus gratitude on a subject you want improvement in, and learn how to create a daily gratitude practice that folds in seamlessly into your life.
