What you'll do

Bring your team together for a pizza party and learn to make delicious homemade pizza like a pro using good quality ingredients and simple methods. With Meghan Robbins as your head chef, she’ll teach you how to choose your own adventure and cook using your senses instead of a recipe.

Tomato Sauce x 12oz
Mozzarella (full fat) x 225-250g
Mushrooms x approximately 70 - 80g
Pepperoni x approximately 70 - 80g
Fresh Basil x 8-10 pieces
Grated Parmesan x 10g
Dry Oregano x 3g
What to bring
Please refrigerate the perishable ingredients that arrive in your event box until the event begins. 2 hours before class, pull your pizza dough out of the fridge to let it rise.
All ingredients will be provided with the exception of olive oil and all purpose flour (for dusting).
Sheet tray
Ladle or large serving style spoon
Clean towels
Knife to cut pizza
Tongs, oven mitts, extra clean towels to remove hot tray from oven
Wood board or clean table top for playing with dough
Rolling pin (helpful though not needed)
One extra ingredient or an ingredient to swap if you don't love one of the ones from our menu - pizzas are versatile!
