What you'll do

Transport your employees to Mexico for the day during this live cooking event with top chef José Matamoros of the 1 Hotel's Toca Madera. Interactive, informative, and delicious; the cooking workshop will bring your team together through food, leaving employees feeling energized and motivated. In this class, you'll learn how to make classic and authentic tuna tostadas. Cook along in real-time while José shares stories about growing up in Mexico, cooking tips, and cultural context about the processes and ingredients used in the menu.

Depending on your group size and meal choice, this class can be 90-120 minutes.
