Our "Embodying Trust, Fostering Resilience" workshop offers a unique and evidence-based approach to building trust within your team. By combining visualization and sound bath techniques, we provide an immersive experience that resonates with participants, leaving a lasting impact. Sound Bath Component:
- Understanding Trust is a ‘complex’ emotion: Trust embodies 8 different core human emotions that are crucial to connection, happiness, empowerment, relief and understanding.
- An awareness of where trust shows up in your life: When we understand where we are already experiencing trust in our lives, and can focus on how it enhances our relationship to others, we have the ability to take this ‘feeling’ and now translate it into our workplace.
- Grow the circle of trust: You will gain a realisation of how trust emanates from yourself, into the people closest to you, then into the teams around you and finally the great world. This understanding is key to building trust within teams. It starts with the person and then grows from there.
