Disconnect to Reconnect: A workshop on digital well-being

We are inundated with a deluge of technological distractions which are impacting our capacity to focus, be effective, connect with each other, develop long-term memory and drop into deep and creative work. Further, the expectation to always be 'available' and 'on' is leading to higher levels of anxiety, and reducing our ability to rest, recharge, and reset. In this age of technological reliance, it is imperative that we learn and support our teams to develop a healthy and mindful relationship with our digital life. According to many health experts, the future belongs to those who can manage their attention. 

In this workshop, we will create a safe space to evaluate and discuss our digital well-being and digital expectations. Further, we will share tools and develop collaborative team strategies to establish healthier digital habits toward greater digital well-being and higher levels of effectiveness.

Part 2: Reflecting on our tech habits
Part 3: Sharing proven tools and strategies 
Part 4: Facilitated discussion on team needs, support and accountability 
Part 5: Summary + Closing
