What you'll do

Join private chef and food storyteller, Sonja Seiler, for a creative pie-making workshop that brings a unique twist to Thanksgiving classics. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn to make an Apple Cranberry Pie with Candied Ginger Crumble Topping and a Dulce de Leche Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon-Sugar Leaf Crust—both gluten-free and dairy-free adaptable. With a simplified bottom crust, these pies are perfect for beginner bakers and leave room for decorative flourishes with the extra dough.

Sonja will guide you through each step, sharing pro tips on making your pies delicious and fun to create. Whether you’re hosting or just looking to add a festive touch to your Thanksgiving, this workshop offers everything you need to bake with confidence and ease.

Throughout the workshop, Sonja will encourage participants to share their own loved family food traditions, connecting colleagues through thoughtful conversation prompts.
