What you'll do

In this 105-minute workshop, participants will examine systems of oppression and explore the impacts of white supremacy in the workplace on the development of BIPOC employees. Through scenario-based learning, we will deconstruct the experiences of marginalized professionals in the workplace and explore approaches to creating inclusive experiences and accessible career development.
