Absolutely!  Our simple event format was purposefully designed so that attendance fluctuations don’t affect how we host.  Whether 5 people show up or 50, our host will welcome them warmly and make sure they have a blast connecting through fun!  *Please note, if the actual attendance goes above the projected attendance, no sweat!  You will simply be charged for these extra players after the soiree.

Yes!  This event was designed with an international audience in mind. Therefore, anyone who logs in will have a blast, no matter where they’re located in the world.

Absolutely!  Our event format ensures that everyone is engaged in the main room, is able to comfortably connect with small teams in breakout rooms, and has a blast throughout!

Certainly!  Our flexible format makes it easy to ingratiate folks who arrive late and easily roll with people leaving early.

Definitely!  Our friendly host is broadcast live on a TV at your venue to lead in-person players through a fun & social experience. Roughly ⅔ of the event is experienced with everyone while ⅓ is enjoyed in small teams (of 3-5 people).

Nope!  Our events are fully hosted so it will go smoothly whether you’re there or not.  If you do decide to attend, we highly encourage you to join in the fun as we’ll take care of everything!  If you can't make it, you'll know exactly how it went as we automatically send you a detailed event recap the next business day.

Yes!  Since we switch up the teams throughout, we're able to find/announce individual winners instead of winning teams.  We traditionally like to announce 3 individual winners at the end of each event.  Awards such as Most Points, Most Enthusiastic, Most Visual Spirit, Most Encouraging, Funniest, etc keep everyone involved and bring out characteristics that make the soiree more fun for everyone!  The winners will be sent to you in the event recap the next business day.

Nope!  Most of the talking they’ll be doing will be in small groups of 3-5 people (while in breakout rooms).  If they feel like talking in the main room, great! If not, they can easily chat out their thoughts or stay silent while with everyone.  It's up to them!

The host will login to start the waiting room 10 minutes before the event start time.  They will then let people in from the waiting room at the exact event start time.  If you (the event organizer) join before the event, they'll gladly let you in roughly 3 minutes before the event starts.  This allows you to say hi and go over any questions either of you have!

Absolutely!  We can keep the same team combination throughout the event if you feel that fits your plans better.

Yes!  If you’d like to have predetermined teams, you would simply need to send us a list of teams at least 8 hours in advance so our host knows how you want to group everyone!  In this scenario, the teams would stay the same throughout the entire event.  Helpful info - We only recommend going this route if you KNOW that everyone wbill be attending.  If you’re not sure if players are guaranteed to join, we’d suggest you let teams be randomized.

This event is all about having fun and connecting in a comfortable atmosphere.  Therefore, they make the call based on their comfort level!

You can absolutely enjoy this event with less than 16 people.  We can actually lead this soiree with as few as 2 people if necessary!  As a quick heads up, we normally require you to book for 16 people as this is the minimum amount we traditionally need to charge to cover the costs of leading the soiree.  But again, you do not need to have that many folks show up to enjoy the festivities!
