What you'll do
We guide participants through the process of engineering better sleep. We start by dispelling myths and gaining clarity on influencing factors. We then move through the framework for making realistic practical improvements. The framework is progressive, starting with the lightest impact factors that are the easiest to implement, and moving then to the heavy-hitting interventions that would help the most stubborn insomniacs.
The content of the session is derived from a combination of our host's clinical experience and the research done by sleep expert Dr Matthew Walker.
