But how do we do this in high-pressure environments while juggling many competing priorities? This workshop offers guidance and space on how to begin to shift the workplace towards one that embodies care and prioritizes employee well-being. We'll discuss what works, what doesn't work, how to navigate tensions, and shape long-term change.
