What you'll do

The most preventative measure for workplace burnout is to foster an internal culture of care and well-being. But how do we do this in high-pressure environments while juggling many competing priorities? This workshop offers guidance and space on how to begin to shift the workplace towards one that embodies care and prioritizes employee well-being. We'll discuss what works, what doesn't work, how to navigate tensions, and shape long-term change.

At a high level, a 90-minute session will include:

Part 2: State of the nation: what is happening in your workplace? 
Part 3: Case studies and inspiration
Part 4: Framework and taking a transparent and step-by-step approach
Part 5: Group discussion 
Part 6: Closing + next steps
